There is a two-step process after payment. Credits: Your purchased hours (credits) will be updated in your Online Learning Portal within 24 to 48 business hours. Assignment: Once your credits appear, we will assign the best-matched Tutor, Course Instructor, or Advisor for your needs within another 24 to 48 business hours. You can expect to be connected with your tutor and ready to schedule your first session approximately 2-4 business days after your payment is confirmed.
For one-on-one tutoring, all sales are final, and purchased credits are non-refundable. We are fully committed to matching you with the right tutor for your needs. While the T&Cs state sales are final, we do reserve the right to review unused credits in exceptional cases.
Yes. Your purchased credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
You can easily extend the validity of your entire credit balance. If you purchase any additional credits before your current balance expires, the 6-month validity period resets for both your new and existing credits, starting from the date of your most recent purchase.
We have a flexible 24-hour policy. You can cancel or reschedule any booked lesson without penalty, as long as you give your tutor at least 24 hours’ notice. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the lesson, the full fee (credit) for that session will be charged.
Our "Hourly Support Options" are specialised and curriculum-specific. University Guidance is a service tailored specifically for the demands of the IB Diploma Programme (DP). Coursework Support is available for both IB DP (for IA, EE, ToK) and IB MYP (for the Personal Project). These options are hidden for "Other Intl." curricula as we do not currently offer those specific support services for those programs.
