Welcome to IB INNOVATORS. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and materials related to International Baccalaureate (IB) tutoring and educational support. “IB INNOVATORS” (“we”, “us”, “our”) refers to IB Innovators LTD.

By using our website or enrolling in any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use the IB INNOVATORS website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website:

• • To engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity.

  • To transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content.

  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, data, or systems.

IB INNOVATORS reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

2. Services Offered

IB INNOVATORS provides tutoring, educational guidance, and learning resources for students enrolled in the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP), the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), and other international curricula.

While our tutors are highly qualified and experienced, we do not guarantee specific academic results, grades, or university admissions. Our services are designed to enhance learning and performance through personalized educational support.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials available on this website—including text, graphics, videos, study notes, course structures, and logos—are the intellectual property of IB INNOVATORS or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any part of the content without prior written consent from IB INNOVATORS.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees for tutoring sessions, courses, or materials are stated clearly on our website or through official correspondence.

Payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of any tutoring, course, or advisory session.

All prices are listed in the relevant currency and may be subject to applicable taxes or fees.

• • The purchase of one (1) hour is equivalent to the purchase of one (1) credit.
  • Purchased credits or hours remain valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
  • Credits may be rolled over if the User purchases additional credits before the expiry of the previous balance. The validity of the new and existing credits will then be extended by another six (6) months from the most recent purchase date.
  • Any unused credits or hours after the six (6) month period (without subsequent purchase) will automatically expire and be forfeited without refund or extension, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company under exceptional circumstances.
  • Credits and purchased hours are updated in the Online Learning Portal within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours following payment confirmation.
  • Once credits or hours have been updated in the Online Learning Portal, a Tutor, Course Instructor, or Advisor will be assigned within the next twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Termination Policy

For the purposes of this policy, “users” refer to individuals who use our services, including but not limited to students enrolled in our courses and tutoring sessions.

5.1. Courses 

a. You have the right to cancel any course session within seven (07) business days of booking, provided no Tutor has been assigned. To cancel, please notify us via email at support@ibinnovators.com. 

b. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this period. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after seven (07) days from the booking date.

5.2. One-on-One Tutoring: Cancellations and Refunds 

a. Cancellations are not permitted for one-on-one tutoring sessions. Users purchase credits to book hours with Tutors, and these credits are non-refundable. All sales are final.

b. In exceptional cases, and subject to internal review, the Company reserves the right to exercise discretion on the treatment of unused credits in accordance with its operational and ethical considerations.

5.3. One-on-One Tutoring: Lesson Scheduling and Policies

a. Users can cancel or amend a scheduled lesson without incurring a fee if at least 24 hours’ notice is given to the Tutor. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will incur the full fee for the booked session.

b. If a Tutor cancels a lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice for reasons other than accident, illness, or emergency, the User is entitled to the next lesson of the same duration at fifty per cent of the lesson fee, unless the User agrees otherwise with the Tutor.

c. If a Tutor does not contact the User within two (02) days of booking, it is the User’s responsibility to inform the Company for further investigation. If no contact is made by a Tutor within one (01) week of booking, the session will be cancelled and the User will receive a full refund.

d. If there is no response from the User to contact attempts from the Tutor or the Company within three months of booking, the account credit and hours will no longer be valid and will be forfeited.

6. Disclaimer

IB INNOVATORS is not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO).

Our services are independent and focused on supporting students’ academic growth within IB frameworks.

While we strive to provide accurate and updated materials, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content, materials, or guidance provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

IB INNOVATORS, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any:

• • Loss of data, academic opportunities, or financial damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

  • Outcomes or results beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to use our services at your own risk and discretion.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined therein.

9. Use by Minors

Our Service is designed for users of all ages, but use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18) (“Minor”) requires parental or guardian consent.

If you are a Minor, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service and to agree to these Terms.

If you are a parent or legal guardian creating an account for a Minor or permitting your Minor child to use the Service, you agree to these Terms on their behalf. You are fully responsible for their use of the Service, including all financial charges and legal liability that they may incur. By creating or using an account, you certify that the necessary parental consent has been granted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The seat of any legal proceedings shall be London, England.

11. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

You and IB INNOVATORS LTD agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or the use of the Service (collectively, “Disputes”) will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in a small claims court and the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

a. Informal Resolution: As a first step, the parties shall endeavour to resolve any Dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days before initiating arbitration.

b. Arbitration Rules: The arbitration will be administered in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The seat of arbitration shall be London, England. The language of the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

c. Class Action Waiver: YOU AND IB INNOVATORS LTD AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

12. Updates to Terms

IB INNOVATORS may revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised version will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
